2023 Marysville Getchell Charger Seniors 🏈🏈🏈

I had a vision and it turned out perfect! Funny thingbis when talking to the senior boys about their pic and what they wanted, they mentioned a hammer..like Thor. That set the tone! Each year i come up with an idea.last year i did a cover like a movie ad or premier. This year i had a moment and thought 'why am i not asking them what they want???' So i asked....and will do each year from here on.

Fast forward to picture day, i have my concept and scrambled when I arrived to find a stick or something for them to hold so i could edit in the hammer..I ask a coach and he says "im sure we have something..we have some sledge hammers" okkkk, that works! He walks me.yo a bundle of them and hands me one saying "this should work". I grab it, not even lookimg but hally to have something for the kids to hold. Then i look at it.. OMG it IS PERFECT!! I mean the others were normal sledge hammers, dirty, random colors..but apparently..they have one that is allllll MG spirit sledge glory?!?!? 😱😱😱🥹🥹🥹 So...basically that one little..ok not so little..and also heavy...and i had a few people "say I looked lethal" as i carried it around...but yeah..it was perfect :)

I think it's so important to tell the background of images. Also, i hand painted sooo much here, each piece is my baby and im so proud of what I create 🥰

Have you noticed each pic is slightly different?? Hint* look at coloring and light effects.

The background image i created..that alone always takes me a long time.. and each cheerleader i spent hours creating their portraits. I dont do cheap digital drop. Its aĺl custom! Even with a full team, I do them one by one after putting them into the custom background i make and paint on my canvas, so each subject has a custom piece.

Look at the light..i paint that in..sometimes each spec of light no matter how big or small, has attention paid to detail. A spec of light may be layed with colors and effects..

Working on the individuals and team photo but these awesome posters for the two Seniors for MGHS Golf team are ready and looking sharp! It's so fun creating new templates! This will be saved for future use :)

I'm not sure why but when I was brainstorming ideas for the 7th grade team, I was thinking about this age and video games which then inspired me to do a neon shot similar to a video game :D It took a LONG time to hand paint in all of that glow, each letter was also hand painted (and saved for future use so I don't have to do it all over again...at least for Chargers ;) ) I LOVE how they turned out!
