While weddings are a bit different these days I am thankful for the opportunity to be able to capture and celebrate love amidst this crazy time. For an hour this past Friday evening things felt safe, full of love and well sorta normal (from a distance of course).

Six years ago my good friend Jeremy made this amazing portrait film of me / for me. I watch it every couple months and it still brings tears to my eyes each time. He was able to bring my passion to the surface - which was my goal with doing a film like this. My hope is that my clients feel the same when they look back at their wedding images.

Documentarians have the ability to surface people's passions and inner beings - I'm so thankful that gift has been given to me and my love for photography.
