Well... she's 17... My Stella girl is SEVENTEEN!!!!! I'm fully in awe of who Stella is a human. We often dream of who she will be when she's "grown up". Stella girl, you have ALREADY arrived... You are ALREADY an epic human. You love your friends and family fully. You are already everything I could EVER imagine. Yes, you will do amazing things in your life... but your soul has arrived. I love you with all my heart Stella. Happy birthday my love!

What a year it has been. SO much healing happening for me right now. One year ago I had repressed memories surface of traumatic abuse from my childhood. I'm here to say

STOP!!! What am I remembering???? I've heard of people suppressing memories, I just didn't know it would happen to me.
I couldn't have made it through the past six months without my sister We both lived this hell. Uncovering this childhood trauma has been the heaviest season of my life....but I'm coming back... I'm crawling out from under the fog... I can feel strength returning.
Thank you to .mm for the 2nd image...You put words to our souls cry.
The final image is the best.... Sisters. Thank you also for being our biggest cheerleaders.

Y'all... So much... There's just SO MUCH. I know I've been MIA... it's been on purpose.

Life has taken a swerve... A painful swerve. Suppressed memories from my childhood surround me. Its been almost 6 weeks since my first memory and I feel like I'm starting to breathe again.

This photoshoot is in honor of SUPPORT and it goes both ways... My sister, daughters, neices, mom and Ben stand behind me and I support them. My sister and I wind through a new reality.

As I find my strength, I will share more. But for right now WE STAND TOGETHER.

Hi girls!!! Its been two weeks... We have some big anouncments to make in the coming week

Ive just finished a book called "Girl Wash Your Face" by the fabulous

She challenges us (as girls)to walk shame free in who WE REALLY ARE...And not only that, set big goals for our dreams. Stop Apologizing for your ambition.

Do any of you ever feel like you slow down your own ambition? I do... I fear I will wear people out.
