A few more studio images this time B&W. I always like to make a few B&W to focus on the subject and remove color. B&W prints are great in that they can fit into most any decor as colors that don't go well together can detract from an otherwise good portrait.

I've had the opportunity to photograph this wonderful little person a couple of times. Here are a few shot from the studio. Simple gelled background light and a couple of covered apple boxes. The best way to get smaller kids to open up and get comfortable is to make it all about them and what they like. Asking what their favorite shows, music, and what they like to do for fun often leads to authentic expressions.
