Backyard macro photography. 🕷vs 🦗

Odie caught a grasshopper, so we did a little glass jar photo shoot before setting him free.

I followed it through the grass for a while and it randomly ran into this spider!

They sized each other up momentarily before the spider attempted an attack. He quickly realized he was outsized and outmatched.

So he got the hell outta there…

My tiny but mighty pocket rocket. 😏
I done went and joined the Ricoh GR3 gang.

I’ve never owned an everyday carry or a 2nd body for that matter because I always trade up, so I’m stoked to finally have a sidepiece. This thing is very cool & capable for how small it is.

24mp APSC sensor with a fixed 28mm equivalent 2.8 lens. I look forward to messing with the film recipes and simulations. Photographs inbound.
