Hey all! Still here!

I’ve discovered that since my original personal account still hasn’t been reinstated, that when I post on Instagram it no longer posts on here simultaneously! So, I’m sorry there hasn’t been anything new on here for a while! In addition, when you message me on Facebook I haven’t been getting notified unless I go into the Facebook business app to check. Sorry to be such a pain! I’m not ignoring you all, I promise!!

Now, back to the cute post at hand!

Is there anything sweeter than than a dad twirling his daughter in the golden light of an evening on the top of a mountain?

The answer is - no, not much!!

It really is the best when a prior wedding client comes back for family photos. I love seeing how much sweet families change in that time!

The biggest compliment and it sure does fill my heart.

Is there anyone who’s savvy with Facebook? My personal account keeps getting suspended then ultimately disabled. I never post anything bad, so I’m unsure why this keeps happening. It happened again today, 1 week after my account that dates back from 2007 was deleted randomly. I was in the middle of adding myself to this business page and it popped up with me being suspended.

Can anyone give me an idea of what the heck is going on??

Sometimes things just stop you in your tracks
When another photographer asks you to take their family photos, you gulp and say yes! But, I definitely felt the pressure of getting amazing photos!

This momma asked me to get some photos of her and her husband because she’s usually always behind the camera.

Girl, challenge accepted, and I’m OBSESSED with the filmy, moody, intimate result!! It definitely stopped me in my tracks when I was checking out the photos.

We’ve all done it

When taking family photos we tend to focus on the kids. Getting individual shots, ones of them together, with the parents etc etc…. But what about the foundation of the family - the parents?! Who focuses on them? I do! It’s so important to me to capture YOUR love too. I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve heard during a shoot when I asked the parents the last time their photos were taken together - and they said “at our wedding… x years ago”…. WHAAAT?!

Be prepared to start taking a few couples/engagement style photos together because I got you! It is so darn important too.

I just can’t get over it!

How do I have the most beautiful, glowing mommas who choose ME to capture memories of such an exciting time? I’m beside myself and often have to pinch myself to believe how lucky, and grateful I am!

Just LOOK at this momma. She was so nervous of not liking how she looked on camera and was just beside herself when I showed her these. We had such a fun session in the studio playing with dresses from my client closet.
