**Hi, we’re Leanna & Dillon! 🤍**

We realized we’ve never really introduced ourselves around here, so here we are! 👋🏼

We’re a husband-and-wife photo + video team based in Oregon, and we’ve somehow turned being best friends into a marriage, a business, and a pretty damn fun life together.

We’ve been best friends since 2006 and together since 2011. We’ve always been the kind of people who would rather go on an adventure than sit around, so naturally, we eloped at Silcox Hut on Mt. Hood, popped champagne, and snowboarded down the mountain in our wedding clothes. 😂

So when we say we get it, we really do.

We know what it’s like to want a wedding that actually feels like you. We’re down to hike for the shot, get in the water, crawl in grass, hid in bushes, get a little dirty, or try whatever crazy idea you come up with.

I’m Leanna, the photographer, social butterfly, planner, and idea machine. After 15 years in the service industry, I somehow genuinely love people and will probably become your friend along the way. 🫶🏼

Dillon is my husband, filmmaker, second photographer, audio guy, guitarist, and the calm one who keeps me from running off with 47 ideas at once. 😂

Together, we’re your photographers, filmmakers, hype team, and occasional dance floor buddies. We know when to blend in and when to jump in and get the party going.

Mount Rainier has been heavy on my heart.

With wildfires raging across the Pacific Northwest and a new fire forcing the closure of a portion of Mount Rainier National Park, I’ve found myself thinking about just how wild and fragile this place we call home truly is.

We are incredibly blessed to live among landscapes this beautiful, but beauty and wildness come with risk. Every year, we are reminded just how quickly the places we love can change.

Not long ago, we were lucky enough to experience Mount Rainier in a quieter season. There was still snow tucked into the landscape, few visitors on the trails, and a sense that we had somehow been given this incredible place all to ourselves.

We wandered through the forest.
We climbed across rocks beside glacial rivers.
We stood still in awe of the mountain towering above us.
We hiked a quiet trail, passing only four people along the way, until we reached the place where a Max and Sivani would promise their lives to one another.

And for the entire time we were there, it was just us.

We laughed.
We cried.
We celebrated.
We soaked it all in.

The kind of day that makes you stop and remember just how extraordinary this world is.

Now, as fires move through the landscapes we love, I’m holding a little extra gratitude for the moments we were given there, and a deep hope for the places and people being affected right now.

I’m praying for the families whose homes are threatened.
For the animals and wildlife forced to flee.
For the forests that have endured another devastating fire season.
And for all the communities across the world facing the same heartbreak.

And to the firefighters who are running toward the danger while the rest of us run from it, thank you. Thank you for risking your lives to protect ours, to protect these communities, and to protect the wild places we all cherish.

You are heroes. 🤍

May we never take these beautiful places for granted.

Some places become part of your story before you ever realize how important they’ll be. 💖

Mailien + Tyler met young, and years ago they danced the night away at their senior prom inside the Victorian Belle. Long before wedding plans, timelines, or vows, this place quietly became woven into their story.

So when it came time to choose where they’d promise forever, the answer had already been waiting for them.

Walking through the doors of the Belle on their wedding day felt less like arriving at a venue and more like coming home. The familiar rooms held years of memories, while the next chapter waited just beyond them.

Golden light spilled through the grand Victorian windows as they soaked in every moment together. Outside, the gardens were bursting into bloom, as if spring itself had decided to celebrate alongside them. Every flower, every ray of light, every quiet moment seemed to fall perfectly into place for the most heartfelt, intimate ceremony.

Some love stories don’t need to search very far. Sometimes the place where it all began is exactly where forever was meant to begin, too. 🤍

A little taste of L + L’s sneak peek gallery from their beautiful wedding at Hydrangea Ranch this last Saturday. 🥹✨

They say, ”When you know, you know.” Some people spend a lifetime searching for that kind of certainty. These two found it early. The universe quietly placed them in each other’s lives, and all they had to do was choose the courage to hold onto it.

And they did.

From the moment the day began until the last light faded, their love was impossible to miss. It lived in every smile, every happy tear, every embrace, and in the way their family and friends celebrated right alongside them. It was one of those rare days that reminds you love isn’t always loud, it simply has a way of filling every corner of a room.

What a beautiful beginning to forever. 🤍

I absolutely adore surprise proposals. 🥹

Jamie reached out to me with a M I S S I O N.

Her love had already proposed to her (an obvious “YES!” 💍), but Jamie wanted Savannah to experience the same love, thoughtfulness, and excitement by surprising her with a proposal of her own.

They already had reservations at the one and only the Nines, a Luxury Collection Hotel Departure to celebrate Savannah’s birthday weekend, and Jamie wanted to kick off the festivities by popping the question on the rooftop. I was immediately ALL IN.

Together, we coordinated with the restaurant, and they were incredibly kind in helping us pull everything together. But when I arrived, we realized we were on the complete opposite side of the rooftop from where Jamie had imagined proposing!

Jamie and I were messaging back and forth, and she asked if we could somehow make our way to the other side. We rolled with the little hiccup. While I waited, I ended up making some AMAZING new friends who let me sit at their table so I wouldn’t look suspicious. 😅

The plan was simple: I’d “offer” to take a photo for Jamie and Savannah. We went through with the plan, and then Jamie asked if I’d be so kind as to take a picture of them over on the other side because she loved the view there even more. Of course, I happily agreed.

As we walked over, everything fell perfectly into place. A spot that had been reserved suddenly opened up, giving Jamie and Savannah the most magical backdrop overlooking Portland.

Then it happened.

Jamie got down on one knee, Savannah said yes, and the entire rooftop erupted into cheers as they celebrated, embraced, and promised forever to one another.

There’s something about the anticipation, the nerves, and the pure joy of surprise proposals that gets me every single time. Moments like these remind me how much I love what I do and how grateful I am to help bring my couples’ visions to life.

Water conservation? In the Pacific Northwest?

The idea of conserving water in an area known for waterfalls and mountain streams may seem odd. However, Mount Rainier National Park is not immune to the combined effects of a reduced winter snowpack, warm dry weather, and large numbers of summer visitors enjoying their public lands.

The park relies on treated surface water to provide services without which the park could not operate. Snowmelt provides water for drinking, restrooms, fire suppression, cooking, laundry, and showers for people visiting or staying overnight in the park. In 2025, people at Paradise used over 93,000 gallons of water in one day. Water resources at Sunrise, White River, and Longmire are also being closely monitored.

The park needs your help to conserve this precious resource. What can you do?
- Bring your own water with you. Any water brought into the park reduces the demand for drinking water inside the park. Consider bringing a cooler to keep drinking water cool and refreshing during the warm summer months.
- Use restroom facilities before you enter the park. Every flush uses between 5-7 gallons of water.
- Do you have friends and family that plan to visit the park? Share water conservation guidelines with them before they arrive.
- If you plan to overnight in the park, follow the water conservation guidelines posted by the National Park Inn and Paradise Inn.
- Turn off the water while brushing your teeth, and limit showers to 5 minutes or less if you are staying in the park.

Every gallon that is saved helps support public safety, provide visitor services when you need them, and reduces the pressure on the streams that wildlife depends upon to survive.
