I figured it was time for a little reintroduction around here.

After photographing weddings for over 10 years and doing this full time for the last few, I still find myself coming back to the same reasons I love this job so much. Joy, tenderness, and human connection. Funny enough, those are the recurring themes in my life too.

Anyone who knows me will tell you I’m sentimental to a fault. My idea of a perfect date is sitting in a parked car late at night having a heart to heart conversation. If there’s 90s R&B playing on your dance floor, just know I’m fighting for my life not to jump in and throw it down with everyone else.

I’ve always been fascinated by people. The way they love, celebrate, grieve, connect, and show up for one another. I love collaborating with creative people who move through life with open hearts. Honestly, I don’t know how you can be in this industry without one. We get invited into some of the biggest, most loving days of people’s lives, and that’s such a gift.

What started as taking photos of friends years ago has turned into a career that continually fills my creative cup. More importantly, it’s introduced me to some of the most incredible humans.

Thank you for being here and for being part of this little journey of mine. I can’t wait to keep documenting wedding days, celebrating people, telling stories, and meeting more of the beautiful humans that make this job so special.

A destination wedding in Mexico for Chelsea & Riley. Genuinely don’t even know where to begin talking about these two and their wedding. I think the fact that they had 50 people fly out for their destination wedding outside of the country to celebrate them says plenty. A theme in the speeches was how Chelsea draws people in and what a fierce friend she is. How she can connect with people anywhere and make people feel immediately loved. Even in my small experience and short time knowing her it couldn’t feel more true. Both Chelsea and Riley felt like immediate friends when meeting them and it’s been the most special experience getting to photograph their wedding. Destination weddings are incredible. It immediately feels intimate, everyone gets to be on vacation together, and it’s so fun to constantly be running into all the wedding guests around the resort in the days following. When do you get to vacation with all your favorite people and see them interacting together and becoming friends? It could not have been a more stunning venue, impeccable taste with decor and the best group to celebrate. I will forever be bewildered that this is my job and I get to photograph the best people and couples. Love these two forever and can’t wait to share more moments from their incredible day.
