Over the last few years, drones and FPV cinematography have completely changed the direction of my career — but what many people don’t realize is that this journey actually started more than 25 years ago in live entertainment and production.

From working concerts, sporting events, and live productions… to flying FPV drones through stadiums, facilities, events, and commercial spaces… it’s been an incredible evolution.

Really grateful to be featured by Voyage Ohio and to have the opportunity to reflect on the path that led to building Jones Drones Cleveland.

One thing I’ve learned along the way:
Drone footage is most powerful when it’s part of a larger story — not just a cool shot.

Every corner of Peg's Campus holds a story worth pausing for — whether it's the Bipolar Butterfly Project-makikisart, the legacy wall at the gallery entrance, or the colorful photo of Peg enjoying a milkshake.

Last year, we partnered with Jones Drones Cleveland during “Dalí Beyond Time: Fashioning the Future” to capture a behind-the-scenes look at our campus — inside and out.

Join us this Friday, May 15, from 5–7 PM for our Campus-Wide Opening Reception. Explore two new exhibits, connect with artists and program partners, and enjoy live music, thoughtful remarks, and light refreshments.

Really proud of this collaboration with Peg’s Foundation. We had the opportunity to help capture the beauty, creativity, and story behind Peg’s Campus using a mix of cinematic aerial and FPV drone footage.

🔥 Huge shoutout to Jones Drones Lead Pilot TREY for absolutely crushing this one. Huck and the rest of the riders brought insane energy all weekend and the talent on display was unreal. Proud to help make opportunities like this happen and even more proud watching our team level up. BMX + FPV is such a perfect combo. 👏🚁🔥

Really proud to have played a small part in this one.

Huge congrats to Matt Pallotta and the entire team on the 2026 Great Lakes Emmy nominations. I had the opportunity to help film portions of these projects, and it’s incredible to see the work getting this kind of recognition.

These documentaries tell an important story—preserving Cleveland’s history through restored film and media—and it’s awesome to see that effort honored.

Grateful to collaborate with such talented people. Let’s go 🔥
