There are so many amazing artists, past and present, that it's hard sometimes to choose what to hang on your walls. As an artist I love collecting other artist's work but I don't have the room to hang a lot so I decided a few years ago to do a 'smalls' wall. A lot of the work is 3 dimensional, and they range from toys to trophy's, cards, quilted pics, tin and textile. When I travel I look for little pieces to add, this last trip brought the Fire Cranes from The Spiral Gallery, Estacada, Oregon.

My new Year of the Fire Horse card, available at Artist In Residence, in St. Albans and Blue Cottage in Hinesburg. This was a photo of my friend Dina's Belgian, Clayton. I made it a black and white, took the background out, turned it red and cleaned it up pixel by pixel. Overall probably 6 hours worth of work through Corel paintshop Pro.
