Tucked behind centuries-old adobe walls and blooming garden pathways, this historic Santa Fe setting felt like wandering into a love story quietly waiting to be told 🤍✨

Wooden doors stood as their own quiet backdrop — storied, textured, completely Santa Fe. White roses spilled from romantic sage greenery, golden calligraphy traced every detail, and champagne linens and decor were laid with quiet intention among the garden for the reception. A bridal gown that felt like a fairy tale — lace, movement, and quiet sophistication — paired with a classic tuxedo.

But it was the two of them that made it real — a stolen glance, a hand finding another, eyes that stayed on each other beneath the trees. An intimate cocktail cart, an elegant but simple cake dressed in soft sage and champagne tones — every detail felt soulful, but nothing outshined them.

Behind it all: a designer with a gift for intimacy, hair and makeup as romantic as the setting, a photographer moving between candid and editorial, and a videographer capturing every quiet moment. It was slow, tender, and timeless — just how we believe wedding days should feel.

Whether you're dreaming of an intimate micro wedding tucked into a historic garden or a full celebration surrounded by family and friends, Santa Fe is pure magic for couples who love history, romance, and soulful details.

If this feels like your kind of love story, reach out — let's start dreaming up something beautiful together 📸💍

Week 2 of my **Give Back, Give Thanks** month is here, and my heart is so full. 🕊️

To everyone who has contributed so far—whether you donated, shared the word, or simply reached out with encouragement—thank you. Your kindness is doing more than you know. You’re helping support our local community, creating real impact for real people right here at home.

As a wedding photographer, I get to witness love in its most beautiful forms—promises whispered, tears of joy, quiet moments in between. This month, it’s been so moving to see that same love extended beyond the wedding day and poured back into our community.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for showing up, giving back, and reminding me just how generous this little corner of the world can be. 🤍

Years ago, before weddings and love stories filled my days, I worked as a federal law enforcement officer. One of my many hats was working as a crime scene photographer. There were scenes where we were on site for days—exhausted, cold, emotionally drained. In those moments, the American Red Cross showed up not just with resources, but with heart. They cared for us and the victims with such kindness, and I’ll never forget how friendly and compassionate they were. I am extremely grateful ❤️

With the Frijoles Fire in Northern New Mexico, my heart is back in that space—holding close all those affected. I’m thinking of your homes, your memories, your loved ones, and your livestock. I’m praying you are safe, and that the first responders on the line and the volunteers feel supported, protected, and deeply appreciated. 🙏🏼

Our community is small but mighty, and when we link arms, we make a real difference. Want to help and support a great cause? For every referral I receive this month, I'll make a donation to the American Red Cross in your honor – and send you a thank you gift too. Let’s grow with heart and take care of our neighbors together. 🤍

If you’d like to connect, find the link in my bio.

With gratitude,
Camille

One last quiet moment by the window. Every step that led here. A promise, sealed. And just like that, forever began.

There's a stillness in the getting-ready moments that I never get tired of — the quiet before everything changes. This day at La Fonda on the Plaza was full of it, from soft morning light to golden hour vows. This sweet couple traveled all the way from Texas to say "I do" in Santa Fe, and their warmth and kindness filled our hearts. She looked every bit as radiant as she felt, thanks to Madeline McCue and Co. Bridal Beauty in Santa Fe, ABQ, NM, and the elegant look she created for her.

Grateful I get to witness days like this. 🤍

I am extremely grateful for the trust of my fellow vendors. There's no higher compliment than being recommended by the people who work behind the scenes at every wedding. 🙏

I highly recommend Murphy Jones Collaborative | Weddings + Events! Veronica, the owner, event designer and planner, has an incredible eye for detail. Her wedding visions are absolutely stunning. As a wedding photographer, I've had the pleasure of working with her on several occasions and every time I am impressed by her work. She is friendly, communicative, timely, and easy to work with.

Lourdes and Jonathan’s wedding felt like stepping into a real-life love story ✨ From the moment she slipped into her dress to the quiet deep breaths before walking down the aisle, every second was filled with so much intention, faith, and heart.

What moved me most wasn’t just the beautiful details (though those were stunning 🥹), but the way they centered their day around God and each other. The way they bowed their heads in prayer, the soft hand squeezes, the shared laughs during portraits, and their families surrounding them in love and blessing — it was all pure magic.

Days like this are why I do what I do. To bottle up the fleeting moments, the in-between glances, the happy tears and whispered prayers — so years from now, Lourdes and Jonathan can open their album and feel it all over again. 💍

Here’s to a lifetime of slow dances in the kitchen, shared sunsets, putting God first, and choosing each other, over and over. 🤍

From Serving Country to Serving Love Stories

Born and raised in New Mexico, I've stood behind the camera in a lot of different worlds.

As a former federal law enforcement officer, I saw life at its rawest — the weight of it, the fragility of it, the things you can't unsee. It changed how I move through the world. It taught me that time with the people you love is not guaranteed, and that celebrating it, really celebrating it, is never something to take lightly.

That perspective shows up in everything I do now.

As a crime scene photographer, every frame had to be exact; nothing staged, nothing missed, because the smallest detail could matter later. It taught me precision. To notice what most people walk right past.

As a landscape photographer for 14 years, I learned patience, waiting for light to shift, for a moment to arrive on its own time, never forcing it.

And in 13 years as a project manager, I learned how to hold a hundred moving pieces at once without dropping a single one — timelines, logistics, expectations, people — and make it all look effortless from the outside.

Then I put all of it to work traveling 7 countries, 44 U.S. states, 20+ national parks, chasing sunrises, misjudging trail difficulty, and ending up in more mid-laugh, slightly ridiculous photos of myself than I'll ever admit to.

That last part matters more than people realize. I know what it feels like to stand in front of a lens and not know what to do with my hands.

So when I'm photographing your wedding, I bring everything with me —the precision to catch what matters, the patience to wait for what's real, the organization to keep your day running smoothly, and a deep, hard-earned belief that days like yours are worth celebrating with your whole heart.

Because I've seen what it looks like when time runs out. I never want you to look back and wish you'd soaked it in more.

That's what I'm here for. Not just to take your photos — to help you feel every bit of this day, fully, while you're in it. 🤍📸
