My first chance to get up on Trail Ridge Road this season didnt disappoint. A beautiful sunrise over the Hayden Gorge and Terra Tomah Mountain after snow squalls moved over the higher elevations of RMNP. Seeing these mountains again is like visiting with old freinds. Have a great day!

The sun rises through a tiny gap in the clouds to the east of Rocky Mountain National Park this morning. Moraine Park was looking beautiful as the meadow grasses are turning green and herds of elk mill around Moraine while sunrise erupts with color. Have a great Friday!

A perfect spring morning on the Bierstadt Moraine today. Snow capped peaks and lime green aspens and dapled sunlight. This may be one fo the best fall locations in Rocky Mountain National Park but it looks beautiful in late May as well.

There are spectacular sunrises over Rocky Mountain National Park and then there was this mornings sunrise from Bierstadt Lake. With lots of recent snow on the Divide, no wind and green grass lining the edges of one of Rocky's best viewpoints its going to be hard to top this. Have great Tuesday!
