NOTICE: COPYRIGHT & IMAGE USAGE POLICY
All photographs, images, and digital files delivered by this photography business are protected under U.S. copyright law and remain the exclusive intellectual property of the photographer, regardless of watermark presence.
Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable personal-use license for delivered images unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
Under this license, clients and third parties are strictly prohibited from:
* Altering, editing, or retouching images in any form
* Applying filters, presets, AI enhancements, or manipulations
* Cropping or removing photographer branding or composition elements
* Creating derivative works from delivered images
Any unauthorized modification, distribution of altered images, or use outside the scope of the granted license constitutes copyright infringement and a violation of the usage agreement.
Requests for edits or modifications must be submitted directly to the photographer for approval and ex*****on.
By receiving and/or using delivered images, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Any unauthorized modification or use outside the scope of the agreed license is considered a violation of copyright and the terms of service.
In such cases, the photographer reserves the right to revoke the usage license, discontinue future services, and decline any ongoing or future business relationships.
