Hey everybody and all you mouse worshipers,
As I said, I normally don't make a post about myself except when I'm promoting my artwork, but I wanted to share this with everyone today because as of today I have lost over 140 pounds in weight I went from 410lbs to 271 lbs and still losing.. And though I am really doing well after my gallbladder surgery I'm still able to keep the weight off and I'm doing my best to try to get myself in better and better shape. So I am gonna post a picture of me taking this morning showing you how these pants I used to wear for work that were extremely tight on me are so loose. I have to get belts for belts.
Those of you who know me no I hate posting pictures of myself because of my self-esteem issues, but this is actually getting better for me and I just wanted to show people that you can lose weight and it can be done.
It's an incredible feeling I feel like I got my life back or better yet. I got an extension of my life so I have more years to live.
