"Enid Icon" Dr. Barbara Whinery, who founded 4RKids in 2003. The Foundation has grown to "offer a variety of services and outreach for those with special needs, and their families. They also run multiple businesses, which help with funding - and provide jobs for adult workers with developmental disabilities".

4RKids is currently preparing for their 24th Annual 4RKids Walk & Carnival coming up June 13 from 9:30-12:30 at 710 Overland Trail. Plan to attend and support this wonderful organization!
