Meet the Artist and Educator!
Rita Richetti has a BFA in drawing and two Masters degrees in education. She is a veteran visual artist whose florals are often likened to the work of American Artist, Georgia O’Keefe. She paints primarily in oils, but also enjoys working in acrylics and oil pastels. Stylistically, she stays close to realism but occasionally veers off and adds a bit of whimsy to her paintings.
Her favorite subject matter includes close-ups of florals, cows, dogs, wolves, and horses. Rita’s work is regularly shown in local venues and galleries, and her paintings have won numerous awards.
Rita’s goal is to bring joy and beauty through her art and to unleash creativity in people with or without prior training, through a variety of artistic expressions
and media.
Her services include: classical instruction for all levels,
supported studio time, consultation and therapeutic support for students with special needs, and art parties for any occasion.

Come talk with her tomorrow, May 31, at our Artists' Reception, located at Art of the Woman Gallery and Gifts, 23 S 4th Street, Emmaus, PA between 10 AM and 1 PM.
