It is with a bittersweet heart I announce that at end of 2024 I will no longer be taking sessions and ending my photography business.

These past 5 years have been some of my most proud moments. From getting a camera for Christmas in 2018, to booking my entire 2024 calendar from only past clients, my heart is so grateful. It took a lot of courage and determination to learn a new craft entirely from scratch and be able to turn it into a business serving families and couples.

To those who let me practice in my early days- thank you. Because of your patience and encouragement you made me want to get better. To the clients who I’ve never met before who chose ME to document your memories in an oversaturated photographer market, thank you. To the clients who repeatedly came back each year, thank you. To my friends and family who referred me to others, thank you. To the photographers who guided me, let me ask questions, and cheered me on, thank you.

While I still have this immense feeling of letting so many people down and feeling like a failure I couldn’t make this business full time, I know I’m making the best choice for my husband and I. This year has been extremely challenging navigating my new, unconventional full time job hours and juggling sessions on the weekends and mornings. I’ve had to sacrifice a lot of time with friends and family that I deeply miss. Next year I will embark on the greatest journey yet, and know I will be unable to continue to give you a wonderful experience that you deserve.

You will never know how much the last 5 years meant to me. I owe it all to you.
