I've always had an interest in photography growing up so when I hit high school I took the photography class (35mm film era) they offered. After high school adult life happened and it took me several years before I could pursue the photography world, by the time I was able to pursue photography ever
ything changed to the digital era so I became self taught through Google and YouTube. A few years back I decided to attend an online course for photography through the New York Institute of Photography to further my education and to receive a certificate in photography which I received. When I started this journey I was in hope that it would become a well established and successful business but as of today unfortunately photography isn't my only form of income due to the popularity photography has become for others, cell phone cameras and the fact that I choose to keep my rates affordable/reasonable so EVERYONE in my community can have pictures of their families and different life changing steps to look back at and to share with others for years to come. We have our literal first steps as a child, our first day at school, our first day of work & most importantly the first steps we take together as a married couple! My favorite part of being a photographer is helping you to preserve those special moments and turn them into your very own custom masterpiece to display on your wall or place in an album so you can share with friends and family for years to come. Remember, there does not always need to be a special occasion to have your portrait taken. A smile is nothing to keep to yourself!
