this is the anticipated temps for Satsop, WA
this may not seem like much to most of you but when your a natural redhead who is heat sensitive and have health conditions that exacerbate that, it's A LOT. I am also extremely high risk for hey exhaustion and heat stroke. I can tolerate 5 minutes of sun exposure before I start burning and can only stand less than that of heat before I start getting nauseated, lightheaded and cold close to passing out

I also have 3 rabbits that are high risk as well (AC can only do so much when it gets this hot out) and yes I turn their AC on mega cool, box fan on 3 and give them ice cube to lay on and in water as well as check on them often but not too often.

got myself some ink therapy yesterday for an early birthday present as well as for Ehlers Danlos Awareness. we are called zebras in the medical world. a lot of us have it but everyone is effected differently just like all zebras have stripes but they are all unique to each zebra.
