Our younger "boys of fall" .. Kittitas MIddle School played on their home turf against Mt Adams from Yakima on 9/29. It started out with some drops of rain, that cleared away, as
the sun popped out. It ended in a tie, as is the middle school rule. This past week was their bye week and will take on Cle Elum's Walter Strom on the 12th ..

On a gusty, blustery sun-shiny day, the Ellensburg Rodeo awarded the first two of this years iconic 100 Year Champion's buckles to Taylor Santos, of Creston CA, who was named the Steer Roping Champion and Chad Mathis of Morristown AZ, the SR Steer Roping Champion. Presenting their buckles was Past Ellensburg Rodeo Director, Ken MacRae.

Cheers to you Stingley girls !! With a lot of might and maybe more grit ( literally ) ;) .. you set the stage for rodeo time in Ellensburg !! Both Rylie 5 & Raya 3, set out to bust some mutton ( as well as a few other events ) @ the Ellensburg Posse Jr Rodeo and proved how tough they will compete. !! Though supportive shoulders were nice .. Ryler 1, will join in one day, but for now he was content to just check out the rigging. Rylie & Raya .. #22 & #23, I am so proud of you for trying ! Love you
