The photos you'll treasure most aren't always the perfectly posed ones. 🤍
I stepped in front of my own camera with my babies, with the help of a wonderful assistant.
If I'm being honest, I've hated having my picture taken for years because of my own self-confidence. But looking through these images reminded me of something so important...
My children won't remember the things I criticize about myself. They'll remember that I was there. They'll have these photos to look back on someday.
And yes... there were tears. Lots of them. 😂 Toddler meltdowns, running in every direction, and moments where I thought, "Well, this session is a disaster." But when I looked through the gallery, those "imperfect" moments became some of my absolute favorites.
Because that's real life.
The cuddles between the tears. The giggles after the meltdowns. The tiny hands reaching for mom. Those are the moments worth remembering.
As a photographer, my goal isn't just to capture perfect smiles. It's to capture your story exactly as it is. I want every mom to feel beautiful enough to step in front of the camera, because years from now your children won't be looking for perfection—they'll be looking for you.
So here's your reminder: Don't wait until you lose the weight, feel more confident, or think it's the "right time." Get in the picture. Your babies will cherish these memories forever. 🤍
