Do you ever say to yourself “one of these days I’m going to…..”?
Well, one of these days has arrived for me. I’m finally getting around to cleaning out and getting rid of 30 plus years of accumulated stuff.
This Thursday, Friday and Saturday the 19th,20th and 21st I’m having an inside yard sale type event at my Kepner Realty office at 100 Wilcox St in Elkins. All kinds of vintage cameras and accessories, darkroom items, frames and framing items, office stuff and computer accessories. Way too much stuff to post on Facebook individually. Stop by between 11am-3Pm on Thursday and Friday and 10-1 on Saturday. Look around and make offers, everything must go! Let my stuff become your stuff…I look forward to seeing you and if you’ve got homes or property to sell we can talk about that too!

🎄✨ Christmas Mini Sessions at the Studio! ✨🎄

I’m so excited to open booking for this year’s Christmas Minis at the studio!
The setup will feature a white brick wall, barn doors, Christmas trees with red bulbs, wreaths, and a black bench with red/white pillows and a cozy red throw — warm, festive, and classic. ❤️

📍 Location:
Sessions will be held inside my studio in Elkins, so weather will not matter!

The picture shown is not the exact setup, but it will be very close. I’ll post real photos as soon as the backdrop arrives and is fully styled!
Single families no larger than 6 or 7 people per time slot!

I hope she has as much fun and makes as many great friends as I have over the years. It’s a privilege to make memories that families will cherish well into the future and I’m sure she will make many wonderful “Heirlooms”.

The clean out has begun! This is going to be an on going project that’s going to take quite a while. Right now we’ve got frames left at $5 bucks each in many different sizes and shapes. A bunch of various photo albums, wedding and senior albums, many unopened in original packing for $5 too. Also found a couple boxes of Canon and Kodak memorabilia. Thought I’d post a few things to start out before the doors close on the 30th. Don’t have time to answer questions on FB so just stop by and take a quick look. We are open 9-5 Mon-Fri and 9-1 on Saturdays.

Just wanted to let everyone know as of July 1st, 2025, after 37 years in business I will be retiring from photography and closing my business Foto 1 Pro Photo LLC in order to better focus and expand my real estate company Kepner Realty LLC.
I would like to thank my mom who helped get the business off the ground in the beginning and my wife Christie that continues to support my crazy ideas.
I would like to thank our current staff members, Jess, Diane and Dacey and former employees. I appreciate all your hard work and dedication!
I’d particularly like to extend a huge thank you to all my customers that have let me record your highlights and history over the years. It has been my absolute pleasure to watch you grow and see your uncountable smiles. I hope you have enjoyed my photographs as much as I have enjoyed making them.
Hopefully my images preserve happy memories and help record your family history for future generations to enjoy.
Until closing, Foto 1 hours will remain the same and we will still be accepting and fulfilling orders as usual.
I won’t be hanging up my camera since professional photography is essential to real estate sales. If you need a new home to display all those memories in, please get in touch with me. I’d love to help!
