Something a little different 🎃

Part of me wants to apologize for my absence from social media over the summer- but at the same time I was having too much fun to care… so I won’t 😜 Summer 2024 was one for the books! Many core memories were made! Camping trips, portrait sessions, weddings, family visits,new lakes visited, a trip to the Oregon Coast, Silverwood, some fishing, toddler hikes and countless miles driven on gravel roads..

Now fall as come, busy season is winding down, my baby girl turned 3 and we made it through Halloween.

I can’t promise I’ll be back on socials steadily- but I can promise you that I am alive, and better than ever! There are so many changes going on in life - I’ll share more on that in due time. Until then I’m sending my love out near and far! Happy Holiday Season everyone ✨

Hiiii everyone! Before busy season gets going in full gear I wanted to show my face (this is something I kind of suck at haha!) For those of you new around here, or those of you I have not had the chance to meet yet- WELCOME, I am so excited you are here!!

My name is Jaidyn, I am 28 (29 in a few weeks, oh my gosh 😅) and am the face behind the lens here at Portraits By Jaidyn! I’m married to my best friend, and gave birth to a miniature version of him back in 2021. My family planted our roots in a tiny town located in North Eastern WA in 2022. My husband & I both were blessed to grow up in the Snoqualmie Valley, and love getting to visit a few times a year! I love adventuring, yet am in the biggest homebody you’ll ever meet. Road-trips hold a special place in this heart of mine! Some call me a crazy dog lady, some call me a weather nerd, and some may refer to me as a sour patch kid (the sass life chose me, not sorry.) 😝 You can usually find me hanging out with my daughter and pups at home, frolicking in flower fields, fishing at the river, talking my husbands ear off, or adventuring on a mountain road! As long as I can remember I have been passionate about photography, and documenting moments as they come. There is so much to look forward to coming up in the remainder of the 2024 calendar year- and I am SO excited for every step of the way! I got my first camera nearly a decade ago which is crazy to think about! I love photography because it truly is an art… No two photographers edit the same way - and the same moment can never be captured the exact same way twice!
