There are some sessions that truly feel like a blessing from God 🤍

Today, I had the honor of capturing sweet Auralie Daniella Anavitate at just one week and one day old. I met her mama when she was only around 3 years old herself, so seeing her step into motherhood was such a beautiful full-circle moment.

Mom had such a precious vision for this session, and I’m so thankful God allowed me to bring it to life. It was also so special finding out that Auralie’s daddy is my husband’s cousin, making this session feel even more like family.

A promised little sneak peek from today’s previously booked session. 🤍

Sweet baby Enzo is one month old, and I had the honor of capturing these precious moments for him and his beautiful family today.

Spending time with such kind, caring people brought comfort to my heart during a very difficult time. Their compassion meant more than they know.

Days like today remind me there is still so much goodness in this world. I’m deeply grateful to preserve timeless memories for families like this. ✨

Yesterday, I lost someone who meant more to me than words could ever express… my son is gone🐾🐾. My heart is shattered, and I am trying to process a loss so deep it feels impossible to carry.

Because of this, I have decided to step away from photography for the next 2 weeks. Right now, my head and heart are simply not where they need to be, and I never want to give anything less than my absolute best to the families who trust me to capture their memories. I plan to return and resume work on May 12th.

All previously booked and paid sessions will still be honored as promised. However, any new bookings requested during this week will not be accepted at this time, with the exception of reservations for the Tiny Heart Project this weekend, which we will still be accepting and honoring. We will also be temporarily unavailable to respond to messages or phone calls as I take this time to grieve and mourn my child.

I truly hope you can understand and extend grace during this incredibly painful time. Thank you for your patience, kindness, and prayers.

Sweet Gracie was an absolute joy to photograph. At just 7 years old, she stepped in front of the camera with so much confidence, sweetness, and natural beauty—it was like she was made for it. Working with her and her precious mama was effortless and such a blessing.

Gracie truly shined and reminded me that God gives each child their own special light. ✨ “Let your light shine before others…” — Matthew 5:16
