somewhere along the way, caring became embarrassing.

friendships, dating, even just checking in on people, it feels like everybody’s trying to make sure they never look more invested than the other person. reply too fast, you care too much. reach out first, you’re doing too much. make an effort, suddenly you’re “chasing.”

Words can’t describe the roller coaster of emotions that went into this project. It was very ambitious but with the right people around me, it was possible. From an idea to an expansion of the idea to the location scouting, car hunting, crew, extras, the long hours of editing and finally putting together not only an event but a real experience.

Thank you to everyone who came in the harsh weather. That is the definition of love and showing up. Love you all.
