Great images are not accidents they are carefully planned and captured. Don't trust your image capture to the "sales guy with the nice camera". Hire a professional. While finishing up one assignment, another impromptu opportunity presents itself. Thunderstorms well over 150 miles in the distance were pounding the countryside. From my vantage point, a light show unlike any other was on display. The added light from a near-full moon also gave the foreground some action as well. It came together nicely, and I am grateful I had the right equipment with me when this opportunity showed up. Just another lovely evening on the plains of South Dakota.
