We’re celebrating belated birthdays with our family this weekend for these two cuties!!!! In December, Lauren girl turned 5, and Ben turned 3!! I don’t know about you, but when we sing “Happy Birthday” to our babies, I suddenly rewind back to the tiny newborn stage. Truly, I don’t think I put any of my babies down until they were six months old. 🤣🥹 My Lauren girl. She just continues to be walking sunshine—truly, she radiates pure joy and positivity. She is the most kind, genuine, lively five-year-old girl. Her heart is made of gold, and she finds the positive in every single situation. I can always count on her to turn a tough day around with her encouraging words or silliness. She is so. Stinkin’. Funny. Her words, thoughts, and actions are unpredictable in the best way! 🤣 She wants to make your day the best day. Although I like to think she is a mommy’s girl, she reaaaaallly loves her daddy! 🥰 I love her spirit, her bravery, and the unconditional, endless love she pours into those she knows and loves each and every day. Lauren Rae, you are amazing, and I am the luckiest person in the world to be your mom. Watching you grow is just so much fun!! But what I would give to keep you this little forever. This chapter is just too good. We love you so, so, so, so much, my baby girl!!!! My sweet Ben, they don’t make three-year-olds like you. You are so unbelievably happy, loving, forgiving, and hilarious. The way you are able to find joy in the simplest of things is a gift that not many people have. Your smile, oh that smile! It just makes everything better!! I love how much you laugh, hearing you sing, watching you play with your siblings, and seeing how much you shine each and everyday. You are teaching me so much about life, and I love learning all of these lessons that you are sharing with us. I love that you will still sit and cuddle with me, but it breaks my heart that I can feel you getting bigger and bigger. 🥹 The world needs more people like you, Ben. It’s as simple as that. We love you so, so, so, so much, Benjamin Conner!!!! More than you will ever know!! We are always so proud of you!! Happy, happy belated birthday to my beautiful December babies!!!!
