-Annie Photography by Oscar, reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will NOT discriminate based on race, color, s*x, religion, national origin, age, disability, or s*xual preference.
-Rescheduling due to cancellation for any reason without 24 hour approval from Annie Photography by Oscar, will result in $25 rescheduling fee (this fee does not credit the total balance).
-Tardiness, scheduled photo shoots start upon agreed scheduled time. It does NOT start when client(s) shows up. DO NOT BE LATE.
-Damages to equipment caused by client or guests of client; will be added to the remainder of the balance. Services may be terminated by Annie Photography by Oscar at any moment crew/equipment/props are subject to damage or theft.
-In the event that inclement weather causes your contract photo service to be cancelled or rescheduled, you have the option to reschedule or cancel your contract. IF Annie Photography by Oscar deems that particular weather conditions during your scheduled service poses an unnecessary risk to the photographer/crew or the photography equipment, we reserve the right to stop the service and either issue a refund or reschedule the service (customer's choice). Generally any weather condition, such as rain, sleet, hail, lightning, or high winds, which may cause damage to the subject, photographer, or equipment.
-Payments will not surpass a period of more than 30 calendar days from the day of the event, unless a pre-approved payment plan has been agreed by Annie Photography by Oscar.
-All clients are recommended to view Annie Photography by Oscar portfolio, prior to contracting. Annie Photography by Oscar provides a service and not a product, therefore no refunds will be issued or "re-shoots" scheduled; unless faulty equipment or cancelation by Annie Photography by Oscar. Re-shoots are determined at the discretion of the photographer. Re-shoots and refunds will not be given for poor choices of clothing, make-up, hair or weather related issues, or by not following the recommendations by the photographer.
-Lack of reply to communication attempts made by Annie Photography by Oscar after 72hours; or if any balance has not been paid in full after 30 days, forfeits the clients deposit and contract. All images/video taken on said contract become the sole property of Annie Photography by Oscar; to be used at the discretion of Annie Photography by Oscar. Images to be used are not limited to minors, friends, and relatives whom images or likeness there of were captured, and will be used with out compensation of aforementioned subjects.
-For larger events such as but not limited to, Weddings, and Quinceaneras (events over the $85.00 cost) will require for 75% of the balance to be paid on or before the start of the event. Services will not commence until 75% of the balance has been paid. Remainder of balance to be paid upon completion.
-Annie Photography by Oscar is not responsible for any injuries derived during any photography session, to include loss/damages of personal property.
Annie Photography will capture your memories at your own pace, anywhere at a reasonable price. From casual celebrations (Birthday, Baby Showers, etc..) to the more formal occasions such as (Graduations, Baptisms, etc..). Photo shoots for (Family portraits, Quinceaneras, Newborns, or any other special requested photo shoots). We offer video and photo services, memory books, slideshows, and Red Carpet sessions.
