🌾Did you know that the nutritional value of our food has decreased significantly over the past 50 years?

🌱The soil we grow our food in is depleted, and as a result, the vitamins and minerals we get from food just aren’t what they used to be.

I love this analogy. It’s so helpful to understand the importance for decreasing the toxic load in our homes and environment and increasing the efficacy of our detox organs!

Plasma Injections for the lips!

I don’t offer filler in my treatment room but we added some plasma to her lips to help with collagen production and elasticity.

As we age we lose volume, collagen and elasticity. Many clients complain about the wrinkling and texture of their lips. 3-4 treatments will help your body create new collagen and elastin to add some life back to your 💋

Who doesn’t love a good before and after?!

This client came to me frustrated with thinning hair. We injected her own plasma into her scalp to “wake up” those folicles that have gone dormant.

These results are after 1 treatment. Pictures were taken 6 weeks after her first treatment.

I had the honor of being asked to capture a wedding on this beautiful island! What an incredible blessing it was to be part of their special day!

The couple was so gracious to include Kyle in the travel plans! What an unexpected bonus 💕🙏🏼

Kyle and I will be celebrating our 17th wedding anniversary this year and we’ve spent countless months, days, and years apart. These special little getaways are where our hearts reconnect after long periods of being apart.

🏀We pay for the days when our boys come home from school and are too tired to go to practice but they go anyway.

🏈We pay for the boys to learn to be disciplined, focused and dedicated.

⚾️We pay for our boys to learn how to take care of their bodies and learn how to correctly fuel and recover for success.

🥅We pay for our boys to work with others, how to be a good team mate, gracious in defeat and humble in success.

🥍We pay for the boys to learn to deal with disappointment, when they don’t get the outcome they’d hoped for, but they still go back week after week giving it their best shot.

🏋🏻We pay for the boys to learn to make and accomplish goals.

🎻We pay for the boys to respect not only themselves but others, officials, judges and coaches.

🏆We pay for them to learn that it takes hours and hours, years and years of hard work and practice to create a champion and that success does not happen overnight.

✨We pay for them to be proud of small achievements and to work toward long term goals.

💕We pay for our boys to have the opportunity to make life long friendships, create forever memories and to be as proud of their achievements as we are.

🚙We pay for the rides home where we have uninterrupted intentional conversation

⏰We pay so the boys can learn the importance of time management and balancing important things like grades and chores.

💫We don’t pay for sports; we pay for the opportunities that sports provide our boys to develop skills that will serve them well throughout their lives and give them the opportunity to bless the lives of others.

😉So far, it’s turning out to be a great investment.”
