Taking this time to reintroduce myself my name is Cindy Mancha.
📍31 years old born and raised in El Paso, Texas

📍 Married with a 2 year old son

📍 Registered Nurse previously worked in the adult intensive care unit for 7 years

📍Bilingual (English and Spanish)

📍 My own birth experience opened my eyes to all the birth world had to offer and inspired me to become a doula

📍 Currently a birth doula and postpartum specialist

📍 Also created a podcast Motherhood Out Loud where women can share their experiences and we can introduce them to local resources around birth, postpartum and motherhood
