My name is Maritza, and Owner of Captured Artistry & Photography. I am a Professional Certified Photographer, Makeup Artist, and Hairstylist. I also provide wardrobe styling and production. I started my journey as a makeup artist. I've been practicing makeup since I was 10, and I am now 37 :). I started providing professional service in the Summer of 2003. I picked up photography in February of 20

18 due to a less-than-excellent experience I endured with a veteran photographer. I vowed that I would learn photography, in and out, and give my clients a much better experience. The joy in what I do comes from the experiences I have with each and every one of you. Days and even weeks before a wedding or any event, I am totally excited and nervous. My biggest fear is letting someone down, not providing excellent service, and being afraid of not meeting their expectations. Because of this fear, I have learned and advanced to where I am today. I provide reasonable pricing because I provide my customers with prices I would pay to get my hair, makeup, or photos done.
