Public Service Post regarding drone photography from unlicensed operators.....
Please do not support or hire any drone photographer who cannot provide an FAA Drone Pilots License! It is illegal and these illegal operators can be subject to a $75,000 fine and potential jail time.
Drone flying can be a fun hobby! As soon as it crosses the line to commercial use, for profit or in the furtherance of a business you MUST have a valid FAA pilots license or drone license.
There is a good reason for this law. People operating within the FAA Airspace can cause harm or worse to civilian and commercial aircraft.
