Quick day trip last April up to see the tulips in Mt. Vernon Wa.
RoozenGaarde flower farm. We visited a few weeks too late to see everything fully bloomed but saw quite a bit. Such great colors here plus got to see a new bird for me.

Last morning on the Buena Vista Chic hotel grounds before we hit the airport. Alajuela, Costa Rica. February 2026
My favorite subject? You guessed it birds! When I can get a clean ID of a new bird to me that's excellent. If I can get a decent shot to coo berate and present, even better. This was a wonderful trip, full of wildlife adventure and beautiful scenery with great family and friends.

Really enjoy my all-in-one camera, can go from landscape shots to close-up bugs on a flower all with a few button choices. I do suffer quality for ease of use, but I find it worth it for now.
