How we doing mamas? You made it!!! Summer is over and rhythms are back to stay. (well the fun part is but not this heat it seems….can’t it get the memo too?!!)

Was the first day happy tears? A sigh of relief? Or sadness? Tell me in the comments with words or a gif. I want to hear!

We have had a fantastic summer but glad for the rhythms and routines to start again. A mix of homeschool/hybrid over here and I’m so grateful for the excitement my kiddos had and the amazing teachers that get to fill and bless their lives too.

It’s world breastfeeding month and week! Celebrating mamas and their journeys however long they are is something I love to do.

Breastfeeding is not often an easy “just happens” process but takes support, encouragement and time. It’s a journey that often looks different for every mama and baby. When I had my first I came to realize how hard it is! And having support along the way makes a vital difference.

Whether it was a few days or weeks for you or 3 years here’s cheers to you!

Golden hour newborn photo session in the flower fields. Can’t get much prettier! 😍

Newborns often don’t like to hang in the evenings but this little one did a pretty good job. It was hot and getting late but look at the beauty and love from this family!

This sweet family was so full of love and play for each other and the session included a lot of fun and laughter. I love seeing parents so delighted in each other and their kids.
