My mom planned a trip to Botany Bay out in Edisto for my birthday yesterday. It was one of the most amazing places I have ever been, it felt like a different world. The sand and the waves were completely unique to any other beach I'd been to before. I was so preoccupied on the beach itself that I didn't take any photos of the driftwood and trees it is so famous for. Here is some of the walk back to the car at sunset. I absolutely can not wait to go back!! 🌴🦀
