I’ve been wanting to share this for a while, and today finally felt like the right time.
There was a period when creating started to feel heavy, not in a dramatic way, just quietly overwhelming after years of photographing, editing late into the night, showing up on weekends, and convincing myself that exhaustion was simply part of caring deeply about my work.
At some point, weekends stopped feeling like rest and turned into timelines and schedules, while my kids were quietly growing out of the little years right in front of me. I started noticing how fast everything was moving and how the moments I used to photograph so instinctively were no longer mine to live in the same way.
So I stepped back and listened. I still picked up my camera almost every day, photographing light at home, my children, and all the small, ordinary things that didn’t ask to be shared, only felt. Over time, I found myself craving something different: more space, more freedom, and less pressure to constantly post, explain, or keep up.
Right now, I’m still sitting with a lot of questions - between who I was, who I’m becoming, and what this work might look like next. I know I need both income and flexibility, but I also know I don’t want to force myself back into something that no longer fits just because it once did.

This isn’t an update, just a quiet check-in. Still creating, noticing beauty and letting whatever comes next unfold at its own pace. 🤍

A recipe for a meaningful photo session:

The first and most important ingredient is for you to simply relax. When you’re calm and grounded, your children naturally pick up on that energy — and the entire session begins to flow in a much more peaceful way.

Let go of expectations and allow your little ones to be exactly who they are. Every family carries a different rhythm, a different dynamic, and that’s what makes each session so special. The most meaningful images are rarely the perfectly posed ones — they’re the honest, in-between moments of connection.

Instead of focusing on the outcome or trying to control how it all unfolds, just focus on being present with each other. Enjoy the time together, play, snuggle, explore. I promise, that’s when the magic shows up — often in ways you didn’t expect.

And if you’re wondering about timing, please know I never rush. I don’t set a strict limit. I stay as long as needed, and I leave only when I feel we’ve captured the essence of your family and the story we came to tell.
