"Pine & Palm" a Solburg home gets the FOMO royal treatment!🌟
The home was constructed in 2003. It is a custom coastal retreat meticulously crafted by the late master craftsman William Solburg. It was meticulously restored and renovated by local builders Galloway Construction under the leadership of Heath Galloway https://gallowayfl.com/
Positioned on a 1.03-acre bayfront lot, the 2,518-square-foot home is known for its custom woodwork, including stained cypress plank siding, cherry hardwood floors, and a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace. It also features a private dock with a boat lift stretching into the Apalachicola Bay.
During my initial walk through before photographing it, I was struck by the design, decor and of course the workmanship! The owner is an avid hunter who has tastefully showcased a variety of his hunting trophies throughout🌟
I know it may sound strange to some, but I struggle to explain how much I enjoy this type of photography! I lose track of time as I shoot a house like this - always striving to capture it's beauty, workmanship and attention to detail.❤
