Today, my sweet Jude graduates. 🎓💙
Somewhere between these photos, a whole lifetime happened.
The little boy walking into kindergarten with a backpack bigger than he was...
The young man standing in his cap and gown...
And every milestone, challenge, victory, and lesson in between.
When Jude was born, I couldn't have imagined all the places life would take us. There were moments of uncertainty, moments of worry, and moments where I wondered what his future would look like.
What I've learned is that Jude has always been exactly who he was meant to be.
He has taught me more about patience, joy, resilience, and unconditional love than I could ever teach him.
Today, I am not thinking about what Jude has overcome. I'm thinking about who he is...a kind, funny, hardworking young man who lights up every room he walks into.
Jude, I am so proud of you.
Congratulations, graduate. The world is better because you're in it. 💙🎓
