While on our trip to Washington to visit some family, we took a ride out to Forks to pay homage to one of the most popular movie franchises during the mid-2000's: Twilight. While in Forks, we obviously had to stop over to La Push. We were there on a typical rainy day which presented some challenges when it came to shooting, but we think the pictures speak for themselves. We recently traveled to visit some family in July. We were able to be there for a full ten days! During one of the many gorgeous days we were there, we visited the Downtown area, specifically Poke Place Market. What started out as a simple Farmers’ Market to feed the rapidly growing Seattle population in the early 1900’s is now a popular tourist destination to watch while fish be thrown, look at the brightly-colored fresh flowers, and do some shopping.
