Corea Maine - low tide and foggy
I’m happiest when a person is in my camera viewfinder.
Ted has studied photographic art through workshops, books, the internet, and is a graduate of the New York Institute of Photography. His work has been displayed throughout the Mid-Shore Region in local venues, websites, and galleries: Cottage Studio & Gallery, Easton’s Promise, Side Street Framers, Academy Art Museum, Talbot County Free Library both in Easton and St Michaels, Chesapeake Community College, Kent County Library Chestertown, and Easton Gallery of Photographic Arts. Currently, you can see Ted’s work in Simpatico, Dorchester Center for the Arts, and Candleberry Gallery. Ted is an event photographer for the Eastern Shore Land Conservancy, Event Giving, Frederick Douglass Honor Society, Habitat Choptank, Talbot County Office of Tourism, What’s Up Magazine, and the Avalon Foundation. He is a member of the Photographic Society of America, Tidewater Camera Club, Wednesday Morning Artists, and the Friday Morning Artists. Ted does all of his own work, from capture to final output, and he does his printing on a state of the art printer using pigment inks and archival paper, matting and framing. Every effort is made to create fine prints that will last for decades. His interest centers on natural, available, and artificial light portraits and head shots, landscapes, events, street photography, and fine art photography in both color and B&W.
