I forgot post this a while back. New Year's eve!! Pretty cool. It's been back a few times since then. Also have a pair of Great Horned Owls that must have a nest nearby. I hear them ever night!!

Looks like the roof is solid, this old nest box seems to have good bones. Rent is reasonable.
