Congratulations to Ralph Lauren for being the first fashion designer to win the Medal of Freedom. I can’t think of any designer who deserves it more.
Bruce Weber, over the years, has photographed so much of Ralph Lauren’s classic collections. Their influence combined has impacted and influenced my career as a professional photographer more than any other Designer or Photographer. While I had the honor, as did my brother, Gary Shiebler of being photographed by Bruce, I don’t remember if I ever had a chance to wear any of Ralph’s beautiful pieces in a shoot. To this day, his style influences my fashion choices daily. Bruce and Ralph together have influenced snd inspired every one of my outdoor photo shoots for the last 30 years. What a gift Ralph Lauren is to these past generations. He has never let pop culture or passing trends affect his timeless designs. His beautiful collections aside, that alone is worthy of so much respect.

Our studio is now offering a new service!… “There’s No Place Like Home”
Being a professional photographer for over 25 years, I so often hear clients (primarily moms) lament- “I really want a family portrait, but it’s so hard to get everyone together with their different and busy schedules.” Of course, it’s also really difficult if not impossible to bring dogs or cats to the studio. While we always offer on location and studio portrait sessions, we’ve decided to add a service where we will come to your home and take your portrait right on your front steps or in your front yard! All it takes is 15 to 20 minutes to get a beautiful professional, edited shot… (iPhones cannot do that!) This was extremely popular during the pandemic and we were booked every week.
