Been thinking about offering some Mini Sessions next weekend with a guarantee delivery by Valentine's Day. The Yellow Mustard Grass is blooming in the East Bay and the world could use a little more love.

Side note: Regularly glad my brother, his girlfriend (and their dogs) are so photogenic. They gave everyone family photos for Christmas that were just 😍

You have been pushing through *years* of a global pandemic. YEARS.

If you are not feeling your usual excitement for this time of year...if it's not how you want it to be... if your over excited and over preparing... it's not you. It's time catching up. Go easy on yourself and those around you.

With all that going on, you are still here following this page (even when there has been nothing to look at for so long). I just wanted to boop you like this little one above and say thank you.

It's been one for the books.

In a mess of chaos, Covid 2021 has brought a lot of first birthdays. Here is one full of smiles and cake. What's not to love?

Babies and sports are in the air, and I think I'm ready to come back to Social Media.

After Instagram announced it's new algorithms and dubbed this space a place where photos would take a backseat, a chasm amongst photographers formed. Some absolutely panicked; quickly making videos and posts at the frequency needed to stay, "relevant" for the new algorithm standards. Some voiced strong opposition to change and lost a lot of followers. Whilst some stayed the same.

With my Instagram and Facebook connected it affected both. I fit somewhere in all three and because of that, I decided to keep taking photos and just spend time away from this page. I think I have a pretty good idea of the balance I need from now on.

I'm not here to have a million followers. I'm here to share the craft I love so much and enjoy others. Here to connect with artists and consumers. Here to help someone smile as their moment is captured forever.
