A little peek behind the scenes at what goes into creating the final images you see in my galleries.

The first image is exactly what came out of my camera—no edits, no adjustments. Then comes the part where I get to put my finishing touch on it: refining the light, balancing the colors, and perfecting skin tones.

Editing is such a big part of my creative process. I’m not trying to completely change what was there—I’m refining it to create the soft, natural, timeless look that feels like me and stays consistent throughout your gallery.

Because taking the photo is only half the magic. 🤍

Tiny hands, sandy toes, and the kind of moments you wish you could keep forever. 🤍

There’s something extra special about photographing this season of parenthood—the way she reaches for their hands, gets scooped up into Dad’s arms, and is still little enough that those sandy baby feet fit right against him.

And Mom’s fearless tattoo showing in that last image? I love that little detail so much. It feels like such a perfect part of their story.

These are the photographs that become more valuable with time. Not just what everyone looked like, but what it felt like when she was this little. ✨

✨ A little senior session milestone! ✨

This gorgeous session was my very first Keepsake Package, and I couldn’t have asked for a better one to kick it off. It was SO hard to select just a handful of favorites! 🤍

One location, so many different looks! We spent the evening exploring Harkness Memorial State Park, moving from the gardens and fields to the mansion and finishing along the shoreline as the sky turned the prettiest shades of pink.

Golden light, bare feet in the sand, and the sweetest summer evening by the water. I love senior sessions that feel relaxed and natural—giving you a mix of classic portraits and those effortless, in-between moments that feel completely you.

There’s something extra special about getting the whole family together. 🤍

This session was filled with everything I love about photographing families — genuine smiles, lots of laughter, a little bit of chaos behind the scenes, and those in-between moments that end up being some of my favorites.

And while the big group photos are always important, I love making time for the smaller combinations too — couples, siblings, parents, and all the relationships that make a family theirs.

Because years from now, these are the photos that only become more meaningful. ✨

Senior photos + a long overdue family update. 🤍

This session was all about celebrating their senior, but we also made time for something this family hadn’t done in 12 years—family photos!

And I think that makes these even more special. 🥹

Senior year is such a big milestone, not only for your senior, but for the whole family. It’s the perfect excuse to get everyone in front of the camera while you’re already together, dressed and ready.

If you’re booking a senior session with me, you can add on a family mini session to your senior portraits—giving your senior plenty of time to shine while also capturing updated photos of the whole family and some of those individual connections along the way.

There’s just something about senior sessions by the water — bare feet, pretty dresses, a little movement, and the kind of sunset you hope shows up at exactly the right moment. 🤍

I love creating senior portraits that feel polished and beautiful, but still feel like you. A mix of the classic smiling-at-the-camera photos Mom will frame forever + the fun, effortless moments that capture this season exactly as it is.

I’ve always believed that great photography is about connection first and gear second… but having the right tools definitely helps bring a vision to life.

I’m so excited to finally add off camera flash to my toolkit! ✨

A decade. ❤️

Ten years of watching this family grow has been one of the greatest honors of my career.

From little kids to confident teenagers, every session tells another chapter of their story. It’s such a privilege to be invited back year after year to document these moments that won’t stay the same for long.

And this year? Mother Nature decided to keep us on our toes. 🌦️ We got a little rained on, chased the clouds, laughed through it, and still created memories that perfectly reflect this season of life—because sometimes the best sessions are the ones that don’t go exactly as planned.

Thank you for trusting me for the past 10 years. Here’s to preserving another chapter and to all the ones still to come. 🤍
