This photoshoot was actually done back in November at the Redondo Beach Pier in California. I delivered the final gallery to Yulia just a few days later, but posting these photos on Instagram took me a few more months.
For a long time, I felt like Instagram had to look perfectly aesthetic and every photo in the grid had to match perfectly. As a photographer and creative person, I put a lot of pressure on myself to make everything “harmonious.”
But over time I realized that sharing real moments matters more than chasing perfection. So this post is also a small reminder to myself: done is better than perfect.
I’m still learning to let go of perfectionism and simply share the work I truly love, beach photography, lifestyle portraits, candid moments, and natural light sessions by the ocean.
