It’s so easy, especially in the early years of building a business, to let it become your entire identity. And honestly, I don’t think that’s always a bad thing because there’s so much of me reflected in what I’ve built 🥹

But something I’ve grown to love over the years is that who I am behind the business still feels fully aligned with the person showing up within it. No matter what role I’m in, I value authenticity, real connection, and making people feel genuinely seen 🫶

I’ve been photographing weddings for so many years now I honestly lost count somewhere along the way 😅 and one thing I’ve noticed is how much the way couples want their day captured has shifted.

Perfectly posed photos still have their place, but what couples are really drawn to now is the full story. The romance, the chaos, the laughter, the quiet in-betweens, and everything that makes the day feel alive.

More and more, couples are choosing to let the day unfold naturally… to be present, to feel everything, and trust that it’s all being captured as it happens.

There’s still intention. Still guidance. But there’s also space for the “just let it happen” moments and honestly, that’s where the magic always is 💕
