Hi, I’m Merrisa and it’s been a little while since I put my face on the grid sooooo… a few things —

1. We’ve updated our wedding and elopement packages as well as decreased our prices for the time being. We’ve noticed a huge shift in the industry and recognize it’s getting harder to afford life.

2. With that being said, we have a TON of availability for this year and next!

3. Since it’s been a tad slow, I’ve finally fulfilled a dream of starting a podcast! About a month ago Bethany Boucher and I dropped our first episode. I’ve shared it 100 times before but if you have yet to check it out, head over to Childless Millennials where we chat about anything and everything with other millennials. Episodes are every Tuesday and I can promise it’s a fun time.

Let’s talk about the engagement photo real quick!

Scheduling an engagement session with your wedding photographer is very much a good idea.

1. It gives you a time well before the wedding to meet in person!
2. You can see what it’s like to be photographed by me.
3. You can use the photos for save the dates and your wedding guest book.

A lot of people don’t like getting their photos taken. I get, believe me. I can’t remember the last time I had a session of my own 😅 So going into it, think of it as an extension to your date night! You’re dressed up, might as well go to dinner 🤷🏻‍♀️
