My beautiful and incredibly strong sister. Only 3 wks after she had her baby she had to have open heart surgery. Through the shock of the diagnosis, the pain, the grieving of having the postpartum/newborn phase completely flipped into something no new mother should ever have to go through- her inner beauty, resilience, and faith have been inspiring to say the least. She is my teacher.

Allison and Owen met at a car show and both drag race their 1972 Chevelle (how awesome is that!?), so taking photos in their car was a special part of their wedding. When I first started out in photography, I didn’t think I would like weddings. Now they are one of my favorite life moments to capture. I get to spend the whole day with a couple and their closest family and friends to celebrate love. Weddings have it all- quiet beautiful moments and fun moments filled with joy and laughter.
