I'm a Utah based wildlife photographer specializing in birds of prey. My love for raptors sparked three years ago, when a gorgeous American Kestrel landed on the roof of my home. In that moment, I realized just how much beauty in nature I'd been overlooking. Since then, I’ve spent as much time as I can outdoors, photographing all kinds of birds, from owls and falcons to eagles and kites, across th

e American West and beyond. I love observing animals, learning about their behaviors, and sharing those moments with others. Through photography, I’ve connected with people from all over the world, and nothing makes me happier than helping someone notice birds for the first time or care a little more about protecting natural spaces. Sharing these photos is my way of advocating for the wildlife I adore, and through it, I hope to help others fall in love with them too.

Yesterday's lesson: shutter speed!

For week 3 of camp, we did a fun little demo with the car, then went out to try it in the field with some wildlife. ☺️ the kids got some awesome photos!

It's a lot of fun to see them improve each week and enjoy time around the animals.
