There’s something so special about celebrating them exactly as they are.

We pushed the dining table aside, made a little space, and let the day unfold the way she wanted it to.

She asked for 13 candles… even though she’s turning 5. So of course, she got 13.
And she made 13 wishes ✨

We painted, we sang, we celebrated her big, creative, kind heart…and then she ate her cake with no hands, just pure joy and zero rules 😂

It was messy and loud and full of laughter…and somehow, it felt like time slowed down for a minute.

The way she made her 13 wishes without overthinking a single one. The way she laughed with frosting on her face, completely herself.

One day, these little moments will feel so big.
And this is the kind of magic I never want to forget.

Some sessions mean more.

Bryn has been part of my life since she was five years old- back when I was her nanny, long before I ever understood what photography would become for me. I have watched her grow, photographed so many seasons of her life, and somehow in the blink of an eye… here we are at her senior year.

For this session, she gave me complete trust- the kind of trust every photographer dreams of. She let me run with a vision that felt big, a little wild, and fully aligned with the radiant, fiery spirit that has always lived inside her.

And what unfolded was nothing short of breathtaking.

There is something profoundly emotional about witnessing someone step into who they are becoming. Not the little girl you once knew…but the strong, vibrant, fully herself version standing in front of you now.

Bryn, it has been one of the quiet honors of my life to document your story through the years. I hope when you look at these images, you see yourself the way the world does- powerful, luminous, and entirely unforgettable.

There is so much noise in the world right now, and yet beneath it…a heartbeat continues.

This image felt like a reminder of what matters most:
